Customer Service Is King šŸ‘‘

As a small business, one of the biggest things you can do exceptionally well is customer service—offering a personal touch that bigger brands just can’t. That’s something we’ve prided ourselves on from the very start.

Every order comes with a handwritten note from me (whether customers want it or not). Custom stickers have always been important to us & it feels like a small win for the customer. And recently, we’ve upgraded our packaging to what I’d argue are some of the best cardboard boxes out there (none of that flimsy crap).

But what I really wanted to talk about was a situation we had recently. A customer I didn’t know DM’d us, asking if he could have a cardigan on tick until payday.

Now, I don’t know many brands that would be cool with this, but without hesitation, I sent him the cardigan. The reality is, he’s now more likely to order again, tell a friend, and spread the word, which, in turn, benefits the business.

We won’t be able to do cool shit like this forever, so why not make the most of being a small business while we can? šŸ¤·šŸ»ā™‚ļø

That being said, this is a business, not a charity… so don’t get any ideas. šŸ˜‚

Much love

Josh
