Shipping policy

SHIPPING & RETURNS

All UK orders are shipped using Royal Mail and will arrive
within 1-3 working days once dispatched.

We cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by
strikes or anything outside of our control.

All international orders are shipped via DHL or FedEx and
will arrive within 7 working days once dispatched.  

DUTIES & TAXES 

EU ORDERS & BREXIT 

Orders shipped to countries within the EU will be shipped on
a delivery duty unpaid basis. If required, you will be required to pay the fees
to release your order from customs, so it can be successfully
delivered. you should receive the customs invoice via post or email from
the shipping provider.

Duties and taxes are calculated by your local customs authorities. these fees
must be paid for by the customer, and if refused, Soho Studios has the right to
deduct the return shipping costs from the original refund amount.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International orders may be subject to duties and taxes, which are calculated
by your local customs authorities. these fees must be paid for by the customer,
and if refused, Soho Studios has the right to deduct the return shipping costs
